Mr. Bruce Blair
Principal - Lower High School
For the past 22 years, Mr. Blair has served students as a teacher, dean of students, and assistant principal - most recently at Forney ISD. His expectation is that students will obtain the skills necessary to succeed in school and life after graduation and achieve career and family success. Mr. Blair and his wife Jill have three children (Hunter 22, Holly Ann 24, Hilary 27), two sons-in-law (Scott and Ramsey), and two grandchildren (Nah and Lillian Marie) with another due in July.
He says, "As Cumberland Academy expands to its first senior class in 2018-19, we have the unique opportunity to build and create a school culture that will last a lifetime. It is an exciting time to be a Cumberland Knight as we work to build this foundation."
