Dear CAH Parents,
Attached is the Reduced/Free lunch application form. Please complete the form and email it back or send it back with your student the first week of school. Even if you think you may not qualify, please fill it out anyway as the program rules are changing always and you may qualify.
If you had one from last year you must complete a new form each year as it does not carry over to the next year. It also does not carry over from one school to another.
