The Royals attended the Danceline East Texas Regional competition and brought home numerous awards. The awards include Grand Champions for the small team division, Ring of Champions 3rd Place out of 9 Teams, Judges Choice Award for Team Prop, Entertainment Award chosen by the judges for their Team Open routine, Sweepstakes, Best in Category for Team Jazz, Best in Category for Team Contemporary, Best in Category for Team Prop, and Best in Category for Open routine. Special Individual awards included an AJC award for DaZiya Tate and Dawson Stuart receiving 3rd place in 10th grade soloists division. Way to go Royals.
