Athletic Physicals

Attention Athletic Parents!

Students MUST have a current physical to participate in athletics. There is an opportunity to receive a free physical at Christus Trinity Mother Francis on April 22nd at 8:00am sharp.

Students entering the 7th, 9th and 11th grade will need to get a new physical done. All other students may keep their current physical as long as it is no more than 2 years old.

When you bring the athletes to the mass physical event at CHRISTUS-Health Park Plaza on April 22 please make sure each student has the following:
UIL Physical Form with Health History filled out and signed by a parent/guardian. (attached)
2. Shorts, T-shirt, tennis shoes.

Families of CAH athletes - Save the date for the HS Athletic Banquet! It will be held Friday, May 19 at 6:30 p.m. Invitations have been sent home with students during athletics. Please return the RSVP card to the front desk by April 14 with any money for purchasing additional tickets. Student-athletes do not need to purchase a ticket.

Third Annual CA Blood Drive

Save the date! On February 13-14, our school community is coming together to support one of our students who was diagnosed with Leukemia two years ago and continues treatment once a month. The Carter Blood Care mobile unit will be on campus for you to give blood. Students 16 and older can participate with a permission form.

Knights in Training Basketball Camp - February 11

When: Saturday, February 11 from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. (camp)
Tuesday, February 14 at 6 p.m. (halftime performance)
Cost: $20 (includes T-shirt, junior basketball to keep, snack, and KIT admission to basketball game)
